School admissions Process
We hope that our website, video and prospectus give you a flavour of what the school has to offer.
Our pupils usually start with us aged two and a half to three years in the half day Lower Nursery. As most of these pupils move up around the age of four, vacancies in the whole day Upper Nursery and Reception are very restricted in number, however, places do occasionally come up.
In the first instance, please do get in touch with our Admissions Team via our enquiry form, tell us more about your child and let us tell you more about our Admission Process, our school and what we have to offer.
How to apply
Contact
Please contact our Admissions Manager Mrs Els Despriet, on 01206 576686 or info@oxfordhouseschool.net for an initial conversation about your child and to check availability in the relevant year group.
You can also request a prospectus here.
Visit Us
We encourage parents to come and visit the school. Following your initial enquiry parents are invited to make an appointment to meet the Admissions Manager for a personal guided tour of the school. This is an informal visit when you will be able to see the children at work, meet some of our dedicated team and hopefully ask any questions you might have.
Register for a Place
Our application deadline for September 2023 entry is: Friday 25 November 2022.
We continue to accept applications for occasional in-year or immediate places as vacancies may arise. Please contact our Admissions Team re availability on 01206 576 686.
Completion of a registration form together with payment of a non-returnable £125 registration fee will enable entry onto the School List. Registration is an indication of interest and is not a guarantee of a place. Following registration and subject to availability the offer of a place is made.
For entry into lower or upper school an interview or assessment will be required.
Accept your Place
Entry is confirmed when the acceptance documentation is returned together with the deposit of £400. The Admissions Manager will forward a welcome letter acknowledging receipt. The deposit is refundable, following final settlement of your account, at the end of your child’s last term at Oxford House School. Please refer to our terms and conditions, which is available from the Admissions Manager upon request.
