Nursery II Class Visit

As part of our people who help us topic, one of our parents, Mrs Miles, came into our Nursery II class last week and gave a very interesting talk about Reflexology. The children learnt how important it is to look after their feet. They also learnt where their solar plexus is on the foot and if they were to place their finger gently on this point, it will make them feel calm and relaxed.

The children enjoyed their afternoon and many thanks go to Mrs Miles for taking the time to come in and visit.
